Product Warranty


Most of our leather products are covered by 1 year limited product warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

This warranty covers fault in workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, or normal wear and tear, or other factors not due to fault in workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included.

Try not to over stuff your product or put things in there that don’t belong. If you put more things in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and materials.

Products purchased from third-party website are not eligible for this warranty, unless stated otherwise. 

Upon return, your product will be inspected and if a fault is found due to workmanship, we will replace your product with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price.

For all warranty related services, a fee of $8.50 for return shipping and handling will apply. We will not repair damaged leather products but replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
