Product Warranty

Our leather products are covered with 3 years limited warranty (unless stated otherwise) from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

This 3 years limited warranty covers fault on leather parts and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect.

We will replace the faulty product with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price if the warranty conditions are met.

For this warranty service, a service fee of SGD 10 will apply.
